Toshimori « Sakehitosuji Kinrei » — Saké Junmai Ginjo (Omachi) ame-de-fond Appellation : Crémant d'AlsaceLa brasserie Fonde en 1868 Akaiwa (Okayama), Toshimori Shuzo est la grande spcialiste du riz Omachi, qu'elle cultive sans produits chimiques depuis les annes 1970. L'laboration Kinrei est la cuve Junmai Ginjo de la gamme Sakehitosuji : riz Omachi davantage poli, fermentation soigne, pour un sak plus fin et aromatique tout en gardant la profondeur de l'Omachi. Dgustation Nez : fruits mrs, fleurs, riz. Bouche : ronde et profonde, umami, belle fracheur.
